As both the visionary and founder of the Phelang Bonolo Healthcare Group, Dr Rampedi’s drive and vision to see an independent integrated wholly-owned black private healthcare group saw him nurture his own private practise into four fully operational primary healthcare clinics and an emergency service contracted to a major private hospital group.  These endeavours have since developed and grown into the Phelang Bonolo Healthcare Group.  Underpinned by living the core values of care, people-centred treatment, integrity and the pursuit of excellence, the Phelang Bonolo Healthcare Group is a proudly BEE company boasting 100 percent black ownership.
