Our core value of care at Phelang Bonolo Healthcare Holdings includes caring for our staff members.

As such, we value skills development and actively encourage such development through our Human Resources division.  We are continuously running in-house training workshops and seminars to assist our staff in developing themselves to their full potential.

We have an open door policy with regards to any further studies that our staff may be interested in.  Please feel free to contact the Human Resources division for assistance in this matter.

We also believe in developing future medical staff and work closely with local universities to enable students to receive practical work experience within our facilities.  We encourage our senior staff to mentor medical students in order to pass on their wealth of experience, skills and knowledge.
